Over the last week, CBIA and its partners have added new events to the CBIA Fall Governance Meetings. If you have already registered, take a minute to look at new events to add to your itinerary. And if you haven’t registered yet, this is the perfect time to do so. Two events you can’t miss that just opened registration are the CHF Annual Golf Tournament and the “Little Black Dress” Social.
To kick off the Fall Governance Meetings, CHF will be hosting this year's "Caddyshack" themed golf tournament will connect industry professionals for a fun day of golf and networking at the “Los Coyotes Country Club, Buena Park” on October 26th. 11:00AM Shotgun. Tournament proceeds benefit CHF’s Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA), Habitat for Humanity – Orange County and BIASC’s Homebuilders Council. Registration is open today. Come out and support CHF while having a fun filled day with the industry.
The California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF) and the Professional Women in Building (PWB) are hosting a “Little Black Dress” Social, Tuesday, October 27th from 4:00 – 5:00pm at the Disneyland Hotel, Mark Twain room. Join your fellow industry professionals for an hour of food, libations, and networking while highlighting the Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA). CHF and PWB hope you join them on working to build the future of our industry together! Register to join them for this event and the meetings here.
We’ve also added two new committee meetings to the schedule, Professional Women in Building and the Building Products Efficiency Council. Make sure to take a look if you’re interested in getting involved in either group.
On top of these new events make sure not to miss out on the Annual Leadership Recognition Dinner and meetings including the Board of Directors, Government Affairs Committee and more. The event takes place from October 26th-28th at the Disneyland Resort. Make sure to register for the event before it is too late, and reserve your hotel room before they book up.
