Amy Glad, Pardee Homes, Chair

Amy Glad is Senior Vice President for governmental affairs at Pardee Homes, where she oversees federal and state permitting for Pardee’s master-planned communities in California and Nevada. She also works with the company’s community development teams on environmental permit compliance and on planning and financing major transportation improvements related to larger land development efforts. She has served and chaired numerous committees at CBIA and as Vice Chair for the 2012 session.

Dan Kelly, Rancho Mission Viejo, Vice Chair

Dan Kelly is the Senior Vice President  of governmentalrelations and coroporate communications as Rancho Mission Viejo where he oversees their community marketing, public affairs, government relations and community outreach. Kelly is involved in a vairety of business and community association including the Urban Land Institute, Orange County Business Council and the Board of Directors of Mission Hosiptal Regional Medical Venter Foundation. After being involved on the CBIA Board of Directors Kelly was elected to serve as CBIA's Vice Chair in 2013. Read More
 

Chris Austin, Development Planning & Financing Group, CFO/Secretary

Chris Austin is the Managing Principal of the Sacramento, California office of DPFG. He has been working with the firm since 1998, and has been involved in providing consulting services on over 200 projects and the financing of over $800 million in public improvements for developer and builder clients in California, Nevada and the state of Washington. Austin has served as CBIA's CFO/Secretary for 2012.

Ray Panek, KB Homes, Immediate Past Chair

Ray Panek is the Senior Vice President for forward planning for KB Home Northern California where he manages the design, entitlement, permitting and development of all KB Home projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining KB Home, Panek was the principal planner for the City of Concord; manager for the Concord Redevelopment Agency; and a planner for the City of Elizabeth, N.J. Panek has served in a variety of leadership positions within CBIA and in 2011 represented the association as Chair.

Mike Winn, President and CEO

Mike Winn is the President of Michael Winn Associates, a Sacramento-based land development and planning company. For 30 years, he has been an active California homebuilder, first with his family business, Winncrest Homes, and then later in his career with Lennar Communities and Reynen & Bardis Communities. He currently focuses his professional efforts on the entitlement and pre-development aspects of both master-planned and urban infill properties. He became CBIA's President & CEO in 2011 and also served as CBIA's Chairman in 2011.
