Chair Ray Panek
Ray Panek is the senior vice president for forward planning for KB Home Northern California.
In his current position Panek manages the design, entitlement, permitting and development of all KB Home projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to joining KB Home, Panek was the principal planner for the City of Concord; manager for the Concord Redevelopment Agency; and a planner for the City of Elizabeth, N.J.
He is a past Chair of BIA of the Bay Area, and is the 2012 Chair for CBIA.
Panek holds a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture with honors from Rutgers University, and a MBA from the University of San Francisco. He is happily married to his wife of 27 years, Monica.
