CBIA, a federation of local associations, is organized to be the voice of housing in California and the principal advocate for public policies that increase the supply and affordability of housing. To accomplish its mission, CBIA employs both a team of professional lobbyists and a membership of more than 6,000 homebuilders and homebuilding professionals.
