Are You Prepared for Surprise Inspections?

The Economic and Employment Enforcement Coalition is conducting unannounced inspections are worksites, and the construction business is one of the areas being targeted.

EEEC has teamed with State Fund to offer two seminars to prepare employers for the surprise inspections. They will be held June 22 in Santa Rosa and June 24 in Sacramento. Both will run from 9 a.m. to noon.

Topics to be covered include what is the EEEC and how it impacts your business; how to avoid heavy violation fines by increasing safety and compliance in your workplace; top violations identified by each EEEC partner agency; and how to better prepare for an unscheduled inspection.

The seminar will also include a mock inspection video.
