The California Building Industry Association (CBIA) is the official voice of the homebuilding industry in California, consisting of more than 7,000 member companies, including homebuilders, trade contractors, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
By advocating legislative and administrative reforms needed to provide quality, affordable housing for all Californians, CBIA is working to remove barriers to housing construction. Working with our ten regional and local associations, CBIA enhances your ability to provide jobs and housing for California families.
When you join your local Building Industry Association (BIA) or home builders association (HBA), you automatically become a member of the California Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders -- a 3-in-1 membership.
