Professional Women in Building
CBIA's Professional Women in Building is dedicated to improving the homebuilding industry by enhancing local Professional Women in Building Councils within California by creating an invaluable network of communication, training, education and leadership for the membership constituency while supporting the professional development of all individual members within the building industry.
We do this by:
• Encouraging every member’s active involvement in community outreach, political and legislative activities, and networking events throughout the State of California.
• Acting as a liaison and information center for state and national matters to state-chartered local councils and state members-at-large.
• Recognizing, training and promoting future leadership within each local Professional Women in Building Council, and within CBIA and NAHB government as well.
• Supplying assistance to state-chartered council programs with membership recruitment and retention, event planning and leadership recognition.
If this sounds good to you, download an application form and become a member of PWB.
