Higher Fees Go Into Effect for Filing Environmental Documents
Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the Department of Fish and Game has installed higher fees for filing environmental documents.
Any Notices of Declaration filed on or after January 1, 2012, will be subject to the increased fees even if the project was approved prior to the January 1 deadline.
