This section lists all federal incentive programs available to builders. The federal energy-efficient new homes corporate tax credit for builders expired at the end of 2009. It had been renewed once previously, and there is a possibility it could return. The federal energy-efficient new homes personal tax credit for builders remains in effect through the end of 2010.
