Summary

The City of Santa Monica adopted an ordinance allowing for priority plan check processing for building projects registered with the United States Green Building Council for certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system. All new building and major renovation applicants must provide proof of LEED registration to receive priority plan check processing.
