Eligible System Size

Minimum system size is 1 kW. Maximum system size is 1 MW.

Equipment Requirements

Modules must meet UL Standard 1703; inverters must meet UL 1741. Must use CEC-certified PV modules and inverters. System must have minimum 5-year warranty against breakdown or unusual degradation.

Project Expiration

Dec. 31, 2017, or when total installed MW goal has been reached.

Summary

Through the PV Solutions Rebate Program, Imperial Irrigation District provides rebates to its residential and commercial customers who install grid-tied photovoltaic systems. Due to funding limitations, IID is no longer accepting applications for 2010 PV installations. IID will not begin accepting 2011 reservations until after Jan. 1. Incentive levels will step down over time as specific MW targets are met.
