Amount

BEST Homes: $4,000 in rebates to new home developers for each participating dwelling unit (including PV installations).

Summary

Roseville Electric provides financial incentives to encourage local builders to construct energy-efficient homes. Participating builders can choose to build Preferred Homes or BEST Homes. Both options require the homes in a new development to incorporate energy-efficient elements.

To be eligible, the dwelling must be either a single-family detached or single-family attached unit of any number of stories and on a utility residential rate. Interested builders and developers should contact the utility for additional information.
